Privacy notice

This is a draft privacy notice for Neuraura. It is not a finished policy and it is not a certification.

Who this draft covers

Neuraura is provided by Atwias Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. Each customer company keeps its own CRM records. Atwias providing the product does not connect that company’s Facebook Pages, lead forms, or ad account.

A future Meta lead connection

When a company admin connects Meta Lead Ads for that company, Neuraura stores the form answers that company maps, together with the Page, form, and ad identifiers Meta returns. The access used for that connection is stored encrypted on the server and is not shown in the browser.

That connection asks for permission to list the person’s Pages, read the lead form, and receive new leads. It does not ask for permission to manage the customer’s business portfolio or to read advertising reports. A new enquiry stays unassigned.

What Neuraura does not send

Neuraura does not send CRM events back to Meta. One company’s connection is not used to read another company’s Pages. No company is connected unless that company connects itself.

How long information stays

This draft does not publish a retention period. It does not promise that an enquiry is deleted after any number of days. Enquiries already accepted into the CRM stay until the company that owns them decides otherwise.

How to ask for deletion

A company admin can disconnect a form. New leads from that form stop. Enquiries already in the CRM stay. If no other form on that Page still needs the connection, Neuraura removes that Page’s access and asks Meta to stop lead notifications.

A person who connected the app can remove it in Facebook and send Facebook’s deletion request. That removes the connection for that person. It does not delete CRM enquiries.

A person can also leave a written request on the data-deletion page. That request is held for internal review. A reviewer can mark it reviewed or blocked. Neither mark deletes CRM enquiries, and this draft does not publish a contact address.
