Data deletion

This draft explains how to ask. Submitting the form holds a request for internal review. It does not delete CRM enquiries.

Ways to ask

A company admin can disconnect a form inside that company’s CRM. Leads already stored stay.

A person who connected the Meta app can remove Neuraura in Facebook and send Facebook’s deletion request. That request removes the connection for that person. It does not delete CRM enquiries.

Anyone else can leave a written request on this page. The request is held for internal review by an authorised Atwias reviewer, who can mark it reviewed or blocked. Neither mark deletes CRM enquiries.

Leave a request for review

Do not paste an access token, app secret, or password. The status page does not repeat what you type. An authorised reviewer can read the request. This form does not delete records and it does not send an email.
